YOUR HOME. OUR EXPERTISE.

Get to the cause of the problem

A circuit that keeps tripping, a light that behaves unexpectedly, or an outlet that stops working can interrupt everyday life. Troubleshooting starts with the details: what changed, when the issue occurs, and which part of the home is affected.

Jeremy brings over 10 years of experience in the electrical trade to investigating residential electrical problems. We work through the situation and explain what we find, so you can understand the recommended repair.

Helpful information to share

Tell us which lights, outlets, or equipment are affected, whether the problem is constant or occasional, and if recent work or new equipment preceded it. You do not need to diagnose it yourself or open an electrical panel. If there is an immediate danger, use the appropriate emergency service rather than waiting for an online inquiry to be answered.
